What troubledmagazine.com keeps about you, and why.
Gumroad or Razorpay handles the payment. We receive the order or sale ID, the license key, and the email you give them, so we can open your access and answer questions about your order. We never receive your card, PayPal, UPI or bank details.
If you sign up to hear about new seasons and releases, we keep your email address, the date, the page or post you signed up from, and your country. We use it only to tell you about TROUBled releases, never sell it, and delete it whenever you ask.
We set a signed cookie that remembers your access, and a short-lived one while a checkout is open. Your browser may remember which link brought you here (for seven days), so we know which posts work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Our host, Cloudflare, counts visits in aggregate (pages, countries). We do not build profiles of visitors.
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services that run the site and take payments (Cloudflare, Gumroad, Razorpay), or where the law requires it.
