These terms cover troubledmagazine.com, run by TROUBled Magazine ("we"). Buying on the site means you accept them.
TROUBled Galleries (Gallery + Studio). A one-time purchase that opens the 3D gallery and the studio (TROUBled Beats) in the browser you pay on. It is not a subscription; nothing renews or is charged again.
Digital magazine issues. A one-time purchase that opens that issue to read online.
Prices are shown on the page before you pay, including the currency. Payments are taken by Gumroad (cards and PayPal, worldwide) or Razorpay (UPI and Indian cards). We never see or store your card details. When you buy through Gumroad, Gumroad is the seller of record and its own terms also apply.
Access is kept by the browser you paid on, for as long as it keeps our cookie (up to 400 days at a time). If you lose it, by clearing cookies or changing device, write to us with your payment ID and we will open it again.
Access is for your own personal viewing. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the works, the gallery or the magazine.
Every artwork stays the property of the artist who made it. Showing it on TROUBled gives you no right to use it elsewhere.
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
